- Buck Brannaman I remember being 7 years old and having my own horse. Its always amazing to me that even being so young you can have full control over such a large powerful animal. They respond to the smallest touches an noises. Thats not to say I didn't fall off or get kicked ever but I learned at an early age to have a high respect for these beautiful creatures.
