You have 24 hours to do something to affect your life positively. This day is going to pass anyway, so may as well just make the best of it and do something to benefit you. Clean a drawer in your home, eat a healthy snack, send a thank you card, take a moment for a walk or do a project. What would make you feel accomplished at the end of the day?
